Refund Policy



Thanks for shopping at Cocoraw Chocolates. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our product(s), we do not allow for any returns.  If your product(s) arrived in a less than satisfactory condition, please follow the steps below to claim for a refund or replacement. 


Refunds/Replacements
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product(s) have not been left outside at room temperature for longer than 10 minutes and/or have exceeded the recommended insulated bag storage time of 3 hours.
  2. The product(s) have not been stored for longer than the recommended best before period stated on the packaging. Do note that due to the varying nature of home refrigerators, there is a possibility that the product(s) may deteriorate faster than the recommended best before. As such, we recommend that the product(s) are consumed within a week from date of purchase. 
  3. We must be notified via FB messenger, Instagram or email with a picture of the product(s) taken after it was delivered or self-collected as evidence.

We reserve the right to deny any refund claim if the conditions above are not met and after inspecting the evidence. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, bank account or store credit. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will also have the option to have your product(s) replaced.
