Pineapple tarts are synonymous with Chinese New Year. This is our take on the traditional melt-in-the-mouth pastry crust with our chocolate (using Single Origin Chocolate from Sg. Ruan twist in the jam filling and a moulded pineapple shape.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter, chocolate couverture (single origin Malaysian), pineapple jam, sugar, egg yolk, cream cheese, condensed milk (contains sugar), grated parmesan and salt.
